In June, we engaged in the SIOPSA webinar focusing on Best Practices in the Protection of Assessment and Candidate Personal Information. This insightful session, featuring industry stakeholders, delved into securing and managing candidate and assessment information. It significantly broadened our understanding within the domain, emphasizing industry best practices and enhancing our knowledge.
July marked our participation in the prestigious annual SIOPSA conference, a global platform accentuating digital transformation—a testament to our commitment to staying abreast of evolving knowledge and trends.
Throughout the year, INTEG conducted several impactful training sessions in psychometric testing. These sessions catered to newcomers seeking proficiency in administering and leveraging psychometric tests, showcasing our dedication to knowledge dissemination.
Breaking new ground, INTEG obtained ASSA certification for two essential psychometric instruments: the IMI (Integrity Measuring Instrument) and the CMI:GA (Competency Measuring Instrument: Generic Assessment). This arduous yet rewarding process solidified the instruments' credibility, benefiting both developers and users, a testament to our commitment to advancing knowledge in the field.
Our global outreach continued as we fortified relationships with Research Centers across multiple countries, amplifying our knowledge repository and reinforcing our market presence.
Collaborating with valued Integration Partners, we aimed to amalgamate functionalities and skills, providing holistic solutions through our integration API. These partnerships amplify value for end-users, leveraging our collective strengths and expertise.
Ensuring robust security for our online assessment system remained a top priority. Through continuous updates and enhancements, we fortified the system's security posture, prioritizing user privacy and delivering a secure, feature-rich assessment experience.
