We have updated our Privacy Policy to reflect the use of an authorised third-party service provider in connection with our narrative assessment reports.

Narrative assessment reports are an optional, opt-in service made available to client organisations and are generated only where a client organisation has explicitly requested this additional reporting service.

Where such reports are requested, certain candidate assessment information may be securely processed by an authorised third-party report generation provider acting strictly on our instructions and subject to a formal Data Processing Agreement.

Only the minimum information necessary to generate the requested report is shared. The service provider acts solely on our instructions, does not use the information for independent purposes, and is contractually required to implement security safeguards at least equivalent to our own. No personal information is sold or shared for marketing purposes.

This update does not introduce a new processing purpose and does not change how assessment information is used.
